Hi Team,

We have a tenancy with fusion application and paas. In second screenshot, Account type is annual commitment.

Account Type: Annual Commitment
Contract Start Date: 2024
Renewal Date: 2029
Contract Term: 5 Years
Billing Frequency: Quarterly in Arrears / Monthly Usage

We understand that invoices are generated quarterly for the previous quarter's consumption. However, we need clarification on how the Annual Commitment works over a 5-year agreement.

Specifically:

Is the commitment tracked annually or across the entire 5-year term?
If we don't consume the full committed amount in a particular year, does the unused balance expire?
Can unused commitment/credits roll forward into the next year within the same 5-year agreement?
