Opportunity Marketplace | System Default Saved Search to pre-filter Internal Jobs for all employees

Hi team!

I'd like to share a configuration approach we implemented for a client and get confirmation that this is the expected and supported behavior in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

Context:
Our client needed the Opportunity Marketplace to display Internal Job requisitions by default for all employees, without requiring each user to manually apply the "Internal Job = Yes" filter every time they access the page.

Solution found:
We created a Saved Search with the "Internal Job = Yes" filter applied, then enabled the following System Settings options:

• ✅ Enable as system search
• ✅ Mark as system default

Observed behavior:

• The filter is pre-applied for all employees when they access the Opportunity Marketplace
