Auto-Move Candidate to Rejected by Employer After 10 Days

Hi Everyone,

We have a requirement where, if a candidate does not respond to a formal job offer within 10 calendar days, the candidate should be automatically moved from Offer Extended to Rejected by Employer on Day 11.

We evaluated the standard profile option ORA_IRC_OFFER_EXPIRATION_DAYS, but it does not meet the requirement as we specifically need the candidate to be automatically moved to the Rejected by Employer state.

We are currently analyzing a custom Fast Formula solution for this requirement. Has anyone implemented something similar in Oracle Fusion Recruiting using Fast Formula, an automated process, or any other supported approach?
