Will Oracle remove the Disability Self-Identification form, or is manual removal required?

The U.S. Department of Labor announced that the disability self-identification form will be discontinued effective September 21, 2026. Oracle Support advised that customers can manually remove the Disability section from the U.S. Job Application Flow. However, we would like to confirm Oracle's official product direction regarding this regulatory change. Will Oracle automatically remove or retire the Disability Self-Identification section/form from Oracle Recruiting, or are customers expected to manually remove it from their application flows to remain compliant? If customers are expected to take action, is there any official Oracle guidance or recommended timeline for removing the form?
