HCM Extract DBIs from PER_PER_PERSON_DETAILS_UE Returning Null for External Candidates

Hi Experts,

I'm facing an issue with an HCM Extract in Oracle Fusion Recruiting.

Scenario:

  • Extract is fetching candidate details for external candidates using IRC_EXTRACTS_CANDIDATE_DETAILS_UE.
  • DBIs are derived from the delivered User Entity PER_PER_PERSON_DETAILS_UE.
  • Context used is PERSON_ID.
  • PERSON_ID is populated correctly for external candidates.
  • However, all/specific DBIs from PER_PER_PERSON_DETAILS_UE are returning null.

Observations:

  • External candidate has a valid PERSON_ID.
  • The extract context is passing PERSON_ID.
  • Candidate data is available in Recruiting.
  • Same extract logic works for employees/internal candidates.
  • Issue is observed only for external candidates.
