Add Button Not Available for Family and Emergency Contacts Document Records in Redwood

Redwood Family and Emergency Contacts Document Records page does not show the Add button for users secured by Area of Responsibility (AOR), while the same users can create Document Records for related contacts through the Responsive UI / Person Spotlight.

We have configured Document Records (DORs) for employees’ Family and Emergency Contacts in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

When a user accesses a related contact through the Redwood Family and Emergency Contacts interface and attempts to create a new Document Record, the Add button is not available for the user’s assigned role.
