Display popup warming message in redraft offer action in requestion page using VBCS

We have a requirement in Oracle Recruiting to display a confirmation pop-up whenever a user selects the “Redraft Offer” action from the requisition/application page. The pop-up should display the message “Are you sure you want to redraft this offer?” with Confirm and Cancel options. We would like to achieve this specifically through Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio) and do not prefer using UI-based tools such as Page Composer or HCM Experience Design Studio. Could you please advise whether the Redraft Offer action can be extended/intercepted in VB Studio to trigger a confirmation dialog before the standard action is executed,
