Data is not being populated for the shared entity across Alt Hier.

We have a main hierarchy and an alternate hierarchy that share the same bottom-level entities. However, we are encountering an issue where data is not being populated in the alternate hierarchy, even though the main hierarchy contains the data and all members are maintained at the bottom level.

An example shown below:

However, when we resubmitted the data for a specific combination in the main hierarchy member for testing purposes manually, the data was successfully populated in the alternate hierarchy for those combinations.

Please note org by period is not enable in the application.
