Request More Information flow not working with Supporting Documents block

Summary:

Hi,

I have set up a Request More Information flow with the Supporting Documents block and I have made the CV mandatory. When I send the RMI form to the candidates, they cannot open it and they get an error saying that the information needed for this application has already been provided.

I tried setting up the RMI flow with the Supporting Documents block along with other blocks and in that case I don't get the same error and the form opens but it's empty, no blocks are shown.

Does anybody know why this happens and how to solve it?
