Need to delete response for a prescreening question in oracle fusion hcm

Summary:

We have a requirement to delete responses for a pre-screening question for all the candidates who have answered that question. This question is of type "Prescreening question Added By User" and is added by recruiters to requisition manually.

Since a lot of candidates have answered this, we need to remove response for this question. Is there a way in Oracle fusion hcm to achieve this?
