Hi Team,

We are working on the Create/Edit Job Offer page in Oracle Recruiting Cloud using VBS Business Rules.

Our requirement is to derive a Grade Rate Name based on the selected Offer Assignment Location Salary Plan and FLSA Status, then retrieve all Grade Rates associated with the selected Grade, identify the matching Grade Rate, and retrieve the corresponding Minimum and Maximum Grade Rate values.

We are successfully able to retrieve the Salary Plan from the selected Offer Assignment Location and derive the required Grade Rate Name using FLSA.
