ORA-01403 Error During Offer Letter Generation After Adding Other Compensation in ORC

We are facing an issue in Oracle Recruiting Cloud after implementing a new compensation component (Additional Location HRA) using a Fast Formula and Table Value Set.

Issue:

  • Compensation calculation completes successfully.
  • All values, including Additional Location HRA, are populated correctly on the Other Compensation page.
  • When users click Save and Close or generate the Offer Letter, the transaction fails with: ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at line 90

Observations:

  • Value Set returns data successfully.
  • Fast Formula executes without issues during calculation.
  • Error occurs only during the final Offer Save / Offer Letter generation process.
  • Issue reproduced in Production.
