How to Hide “Move it directly to the HR phase” Option in Redwood Recreate Job Offer

Hi everyone,

I’m working with the Redwood Recreate Job Offer flow in Oracle Recruiting.

When submitting a recreated job offer, the following options are displayed:

  • Move it directly to the HR phase
  • Move it using the normal process

I would like to know if there is any supported configuration that allows us to hide/remove the “Move it directly to the HR phase” option, so that users can only proceed using the normal process.
