DBA Accountability and Shared Application Schema Access -19c

Hi Team,

We have created dedicated named users for the DBAs and granted the required CDBA privileges, the users are able to log in and perform the required activities.

I understand that we should enable Unified Auditing to track DBA activities.
I have a couple of questions regarding the recommended approach:

What should we audit with Unified Auditing?
Do we need to audit all SQL statements/actions, or is there a recommended set of commands, system privileges, DDL/DML operations, and administrative activities that we should specifically audit for DBA users?

Our main objective is to be able to identify who performed activities such as:
