Calculate Argentina's withholding tax related to Minor Contributors

Hi, we need to implement a solution in Oracle Fusion Cloud for a customer in Argentina to calculate withholdings taxes related to Minor Contributors (Pequeños Contribuyentes o Monotributistas) under RG 2616/09. These are the two conditions to calculate the withholding: a) if the supplier provided services for the same customer exceeding a limit during the same year, required to remain as minor contributor in this activity, or b) if the supplier sent goods to the same client exceeding the limit applicable to sell goods.
