I am attempting to configure an Automated Job Application Notification in the Recruiting Content Library. When the visibility is set to Internal, External, I see the option to input SMS text:

However, when I updated the Visibility to Internal only, this option disappears:

Our client wants to establish a different version of the SMS text for external vs. internal. Is this expected behavior?
