Hi Everyone,

Is there a way to disable or suppress **AP Invoice Approval email notifications** that are currently being sent to the following shared mailbox?

**Email:** [fuison_finsupport@sandwell.gov.uk](mailto:fuison_finsupport@sandwell.gov.uk)

We do not require these AP approval notifications to be sent to this mailbox.

However, we still need the **AP Invoice Approval workflow and approval process to remain active** for the relevant approvers.

Could you please advise:

1. Is it possible to disable the email notifications only for this specific email address/user?
2. If yes, where can this be configured in Oracle Fusion?
