I am unable to see items in the RSSP page while creating requisitions from "Enter Requisition Line"

Summary:

While trying to create requisitions (in RSSP) from the "Enter Requisition Line" form, I am not able to see the items in the form. The instance where I am facing this issue is a clone from production instance. The ingestion programs have run successfully and all the roles also have the respective data security policies. A SR is also raised for this issue - 4-0003728201
