Requisition with new org not posting internally

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have added a new organisation to the recruiting organization tree and can select it in the requisition, but when we post the job internally with the new org it doesnt appear in opportunity marketplace. All other existing orgs we select appear fine.

We have job segmentation on but that is by Legal Employer at the top level so should see all orgs (new and old) under it. Are we missing a step so thats its not posting internally ?
