Unable to Access OTM BI

in Reporting and Analytics for SCM

Summary: I have configured my user and given the access in IDCS - Service Administrator and I`m able to access the BIP in Test environment but when I try to access BIP in prod, it gives me error - Insufficient Permissions, I have given GTI access, property is enable & BIADMINISTRATOR role too.

is there anything I`m missing here.
