Pre-Employment Pending Status Not Displayed in Redwood Agency Hiring Job Applications

Hi Team,

In the Agency Hiring flow, once an offer is sent to a candidate, the application status transitions to Pre-Employment Pending in the Responsive UI. However, when viewing the same application in Redwood, the status continues to be displayed as Under Consideration and does not reflect the Pre-Employment Pending status.

We observed this behavior consistently during testing and would like to understand whether this is the intended Redwood design or a product gap. Could you please confirm if Redwood is expected to display Pre-Employment Pending after an offer is sent, similar to the Responsive UI, or if the status is intentionally retained as
