Synchronize Items with Oracle Health process is going to " Retrying mode" for full refresh after generating output only for item master. It is not generating output for locations and item cost. It was working fine when we tested in Feb, 2026. Now we want to move to prod but creating issue now in test while testing.

can anyone suggest what could be the issue?
