Summary:

Trade Receipt Accrual and Receipt into Receiving Inspection Generated in different batches.

The customer uses Global Procurement.

The PO was created on 6/19/2026

The receipt was created on 07/28/2026

Given below is the receipt accounting entries

Generally ,Trade Receipt Accrual and Receipt into Receiving inspection are generated in the same batch.

Here both entries has a transaction date of 07/28/2026 day when receipt was created, but for Receipt Into Receiving Inspection the accounted date is 8/1/2026

When we check for the details of Receipt into Receiving Inspection it was created only on 8/7/2026.

We would like to know why these 2 entries: Trade Receipt Accrual and Receipt into Receiving Inspection aren't generated in the same batch.
