Redwood Create Job Requisition: Configured DFF help text not displayed

in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace

Hi Community,

We are facing an issue with configured DFF help text in the Details section of the Redwood Create Job Requisition page in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

For Character DFFs using the HRC_CHAR_20 value set and Text Box display type, the configured Definition Help Text and Instruction Help Text are not displayed when users click inside the fields. Instead, the page shows “Enter 20 or fewer characters.”

We have observed this for Salary Range and Project Code/Branch Cost Center. Help text for the numeric Sign-on Bonus Amount DFF on the same page displays as expected. The Salary Range guidance was also visible in the previous Responsive UI.
