Auditors require User Activity Logs for Specific users
Summary:
Our Auditors are asking for activity logs for a couple of specific users over the last 6 months.
We do not have Audit Policies setup

The only seeded user reports available seem to relate only to user logging in / out and not the activity they do whilst logged in.
We have identified configuration tables with AP and GL (AP_SYSTEM_PARAMETERS for instance) and can show last updated date / by. This is of some use but not what they are asking for.
Is there any way to show to the Auditors what a specific user did in Oracle over the last 6 months without Audit enabled?
