Summary: FDG - Standard fields populated on the FDG screen

Our client needs certain fields in the FDG to be pre-filled with default values, as the scenarios will always be the same. From what I’ve checked, some of these fields are populated via lookups, and I haven't been able to set a default value for them. Has anyone encountered a similar requirement? I have listed the fields below that we need to set as defaults.

*Flag "final"
*Customer Presence Type
