What could be the cause of a Configurable Rule not running on Shared Entity?

Summary:

We have a deployed configurable rule that is running correctly on the original entity which is in the main hierarchy.

But when checking the same entity that is shared on the alternate hierarchy the configurable rule didn't work.

  1. This entity has the same ownership setup for both main and alt hierarchy.
  2. No metadata errors found in the system.

What could be the reason of this behavior?

Is there any logs that we can check why this rule didn't work?
