Document tool is not available to add from AI agent Studio 26C

Summary:

Hi, I am trying to use Procurement Policy Advisor Template in 26C. I have created a tool and uploaded our policy document, however I am not able to locate how to add that document tool into my Agent since only add node option available , Earlier there was option to select from existing tool.

On the other side if I am trying to add node from Agent Edit, I am not seeing Document Tool option to create tool from Agent.
