Security role/privilege searching for a terminated employee in Oracle HCM Redwood.

Summary:

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some guidance on searching for a terminated employee in Oracle HCM Redwood.

We have an HRBP role that can view active employees in the new Redwood pages, but cannot view employees whose employment has already been terminated.

The same HRBP user is able to see these terminated employees in the non-Redwood pages, so this seems to be related to Redwood security or a specific privilege.

Does anyone know which privilege or role needs to be added to the HRBP role in order to allow viewing/searching for terminated employees in Redwood?

We want to grant only the necessary access and avoid giving the HRBP any additional edit capabilities or access to information they should not have.
