Groovy expression to get next working day in alert composer

in Human Capital Management

Hi,

We have a requirement to send notification to employee before 7 days of absence end date stating the joining date will be <Date>.

We need to check if the absence end date is Friday, email content should pick the coming Monday date. can someone help me with the condition expression in alert composer to achieve the same?
