Unable to find Item "Enter requisition line" and could see in Search box in RSSP page.

I can find the Item in the search box.

Could not get the item results in the Enter Requisition line.

Verified Product Management - Indexes enabled.

Within the same application, one business user is able to find the item in both locations, while another user is unable to see the item in the Enter Requisition Line search results. We verified the roles and privileges assigned to both users and did not identify any differences.
