Restrict Employee Access to Manager Comments in Resignation Notification

Hi Team,

I have one question regarding the resignation approval process.

Once the Employee submits the resignation, the Manager provides comments during the approval process. Currently, the Employee is able to view the Manager's comments in the resignation notification.

Our requirement is that the Manager should be able to enter and view the comments, but the Employee should not be able to view the Manager's comments.

Could you please confirm whether there is any standard configuration or access control available to restrict the Employee from viewing the Manager's comments in the resignation notification or transaction?
