Why is Position Not Auto-Populating in When and Why Section for Redwood Local and Global Transfers

Summary:

We have discovered that there is inconsistency on when the Position field pre-populates in the When and Why section for Local and Global Transfers. Majority of the time the Position field populates with the current position of the employee that is transferring. However, we are finding that it sometimes does not auto-populate with the current position of the employee that is transferring. It is blank even though that individual is currently in a position.

The inconsistency is not specific to one browser. It is happening in all browsers and can still happen when the browser history is cleared and/or using in incognito browser.
