Hi All,

Greetings!

We had been facing issue with the direct report data not showing up for the line manager.

The line manager is active and effective as of the system date and the process of "Refresh Manager Hierarchy" has been running on schedule.

But, the direct report is not showing up in Teams Activity Center for the line manager login (under My Teams).

That Direct Report is not showing up for the line manager anywhere under My Teams.

What could be the reason for this issue?
