Unable to hide the Requester, Preparer, Approver and Buyer work phone# from display (26c )

Has anyone had experience updating the View Additional Information About Preparers, Requesters, Buyers, and Approvers feature applied for the Self Service Procurement? In the documentation it states that there should be the ability to modify personal data such as phone number and was supposed to be delivered in 26c using the Visual Builder. Our team has tried to modify using the VB and are unable to find a way to make the update as it doesn't appear to be available to change. In creating a rule to hide the phone number it doesn't appear to accept the modification
