Display the DFF value in an Alert Composer message

Team, We have a requirement to display the below DFF value in an Alert Composer message. Document Records -> Workplace Adjustment Outcome ->  Workplace Adjustment Review Date (DEI_ATTRIBUTE_DATE3)
I have gone through some documentation which indicates that DFF values are currently not supported directly in Alert Composer.
Has anyone worked on a similar requirement or found a workaround to display a DFF/EFF value in the alert message? If so, could you please share your inputs or approach? TIA
