Redwood Item Quantities – Workaround for 25-Record Mass Action Limit?

Hi All,

We are currently testing the Redwood Item Quantities page in Oracle Cloud Inventory and have run into the 25-record limit for mass actions.

For actions such as:

  • Subinventory Transfer
  • Material Status Update

the page allows us to select multiple records, but once more than 25 records are selected, the mass action is no longer available.

We opened an Oracle SR and Support confirmed that the 25-record limit is currently a design limitation of the Redwood Item Quantities page and is not configurable through a profile option.

Our business frequently needs to process significantly more than 25 lots at a time, so breaking the activity into batches of 25 creates a lot of manual effort.
