WLF-00010 New Learning Assignments Notification Not Triggering

Summary:

We have not made any changes to the alert configuration or filter settings. The New Learning Assignments (WLF-00010) notification was triggering successfully in June, but subsequently stopped triggering without any configuration changes from our side.

Has anyone experienced similar behavior with WLF-00010 or can suggest any additional checks to identify why the notification is no longer triggering?
