Can we prevent duplicate titles on Self-Paced Learning?

Summary:

We are using Redwood Events, Courses, Paths, and Self-Paced Learning. We noticed that if we try to create a Course or Learning Path with the same title as an existing Course or Learning Path (respectively) that we get an error that we need a unique title. But we do not get that message for Self-Paced Learning and can reuse titles. We'd prefer admins get a warning/stop so they can come up with a unique name. Is there a setting/config for this?
