Candidate Search not able to search using keywords in resume

Summary:

We are trying to search using keywords in resume, however this is not working. Following profile options have been enabled:

ORA_FND_SEARCH_EXT_ENABLED

ORA_IRC_CAND_ORACLE_SEARCH_ENABLED

ORA_IRC_CANDIDATE_REDWOOD_ENABLED

ORA_IRC_ELASTIC_SEARCH_ATTACHMENT_PIPELINE_ENABLED

The indexing processes have also been run.
