Seniority Date Adjustment using Fast Formula for Rehire Scenario

Summary:

Need a fast formula to adjust the seniority dates for the rehire, if the rehire happens within 3 months from the date of hire, then person's enterprise seniority should be retained but if the person gets rehired after 3 months then the person's enterprise seniority should be set to "recent hire date". This scenario should not be applicable for "Global Transfer" scenario, seniority adjustment should happen only if the person gets terminated and rehired.
