Creation of new learning assignment status as ACTIVE

The client has a business requirement to track learners who were enrolled in an Instructor-Led Training (ILT) course but did not attend or complete the training.

Currently, Oracle Learning provides standard learning assignment statuses; however, the client would like to know whether it is possible to create and configure a new learning assignment status called "Absent" that can be assigned to learners who fail to attend or complete an ILT session.
