Transition to Redwood - Learning Admin - Courses with Offerings

Summary: I listened to the recording, but now I have several questions, so I know what needs to be done to convert things. Here is our structure - We have thousands of courses that have offerings - most of these offerings just have a single SCORM file, however some have a PDF and a completion acknowledgement (assessment) - From the recording, it sounds like these all fit into the self-paced learning bucket. In regards to these, can they stay as a course-offering until they need updating? (some may never need to be changed?) OR do they all need to be cloned?
