Wanting to remove "Fallback" in AI Agent Prompt

Summary:

Wondering if anyone has been able to successfully remove the "Fallback" logic, which is delivered as part of the delivered Prompt assigned to a pre-delivered AI agent?

We are using an AI Agent template, duplicating and implementing for our organization, however the Fallback logic contained within the agent prompt isn't a relevant instruction for us, therefore we want to remove.

When we remove it, or amend to advise - please don't give any further instructions etc, nothing changes, its as if the fallback instructions are ignored by the agent.
