While testing the 26C Enhanced Skills Center, we reviewed the new Required, Self Developing, and All Skills experiences and have a few questions regarding skill assignment and validation.

1. What Happens When a Team Member Adds a Skill?

We observed that when a team member adds a skill from the All Skills tab, the Self Developing count increases.
