Description

Improve Oracle Guided Journeys by introducing conditional logic based on selected Absence Type values. This enhancement would allow specific Guided Journey tasks or resources only when a designated absence type is selected during the absence entry process.

Currently, all Guided Journey tasks are available to all users, regardless of the specific absence type they are requesting. As a result, users may see instructions and tasks that are irrelevant to their transaction, creating confusion and increasing the risk of missed compliance steps.

Our current configuration is one Guided Journey, with multiple tasks assigned to it. Each task corresponds to a specific absence type.
