Visibility of External Inventory Transactions in Manage Pending Transactions

Hello Oracle Community,

We are seeking clarification regarding the transaction types displayed in the Manage Pending Transactions page within Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management.

In a previous implementation, our business process owners observed that some inventory transactions received from external systems and resulting in errors were not always visible in the complete pending-transactions list. Their understanding is that not all inventory transaction types may be displayed in the Manage Pending Transactions screen.

Could you please clarify:

  • Which inventory transaction types, particularly those originating from external systems or integrations, are visible in Manage Pending Transactions?
  • Are there specific transaction sources, interfaces, or error scenarios that are processed elsewhere and therefore not displayed on this page?
