How to read the Changes list in VBS as it says which page however it says Affected pages - even when we have not done any changes.

Also raised an idea for a VBS changes report in a layman language while waiting for that would like to know how the change log is understood.

Appreciate any input.

We have a repository in excel which has the Prod deployment builds and also the changes document for all the changes but want to include how to read the changes (in full) so the same can be added to our excel till we get a seeded report on VBS changes.
