itemsv2 rest api copy to existing item not working in fusion cloud

Summary:

How to copy the one item data to existing item in PDH instead of deleting or creating new item using copy functionality in ItemsV2 API.

I tried with Upsert-Mode=true option, but api call not failing and it is success. But copy fields are not reflected to target item.
