Requisition Internal Description Defaults Despite Profile Option Set to 'No'

When creating a job requisition, the internal description field is pre-populated based on the 'job description' field from the job profile. However, according to our research, this behavior is managed by the profile options ORA_IRC_REQ_DEFAULT_SHORT_POSTING_DESC_FROM_PROFILE_DESC_ENABLED and ORA_IRC_REQ_DEFAULT_RESP_QUAL_FROM_PROFILE_ENABLED, which are indeed set to 'No'. Despite this, the posting description is still being synchronized.

Could you please confirm whether this behavior is expected and, if so, let us know which setting can be used to prevent it?
